MainStage performances are held at The Bornemann Theatre in San Marcos. Tickets are purchased through The Bornemann’s website and ticketing system, Humanitix.

Please leave a voicemail if we are unable to answer. We address inquiries as they are received and strive to respond within one business day. Our team is available in the lobby beginning one hour before each performance to assist with ticketing needs.

FINDING YOUR MOSAIC TICKETS

Tickets purchased through Theatricals.org are emailed to the address used at checkout. You may print your tickets or scan them from your phone.

Can’t find your tickets? Search your inbox and junk folder for “Mosaic Theatricals,” then use the blue button in the confirmation email. Our lobby team can also assist beginning one hour before the performance.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, contact the appropriate ticket provider at least 24 hours before the performance.

For tickets purchased through Theatricals.org, you may donate your tickets for a tax deduction or request credit toward a future Mosaic Theatricals production.

Tickets purchased through The Bornemann Theatre are subject to The Bornemann’s policies. Please contact its box office directly for assistance.

Group orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

GROUP SALES

Groups of 10 or more receive:

• 15% off for military, veteran, senior, and educational groups
• 10% off for all other groups

Seats may be added or removed until one week before the performance, provided the group remains at 10 or more. During the final week, seats may be added based on availability but cannot be removed.

WAIT LIST

When offered, the wait list opens in person one hour before curtain. Available seats are sold in sign-up order at full price. Discounts do not apply.

RUSH TICKETS

When available, rush tickets go on sale in the lobby one hour before curtain:
• Student and educator rush: $20 with valid ID

Limit two tickets per person. Exact cash and credit cards are accepted.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards online and by phone. A confirmation email is sent after payment.
