Featuring solo and ensemble performances, Mosaic Rising highlights young singers performing selections from Broadway musicals and popular music. The program is designed as a professional-style showcase, giving audiences the opportunity to experience the vocal skill, stage presence, and artistry of rising performers in a focused and celebratory concert setting.
Created as a platform for young artists to share their voices on stage, Mosaic Rising emphasizes performance excellence, musical storytelling, and the joy of live singing. From beloved musical theatre favorites to contemporary songs audiences know and love, the evening offers a dynamic and entertaining snapshot of the next generation of performers.

Ben-Jamin’ Orchestra and an incredible group of vocalists will have you on your feet with the music of Smokey Robinson, The Temptations, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Martha and the Vandellas, The Supremes and so many more. We are delighted to share that our 2026 Cabaret Series will be announced soon, continuing the tradition of exceptional, intimate musical experiences our audiences have come to love. In past years, we have featured an eclectic mix of performers—from Great American Songbook stylists and Latin jazz artists to Broadway vocalists, Hollywood favorites, and world-class musicians—bringing unforgettable evenings of music to our community.
After four years of producing monthly cabarets across various venues on the California Center for the Arts, Escondido campus, CCAE Theatricals proudly introduced audiences to a new cabaret experience at Bellamy’s Restaurant on Grand Avenue, our official 2025 restaurant sponsor. This elevated format combined remarkable talent with exquisite food and drinks, all set within Bellamy’s beautifully revamped outdoor patio—designed to create an intimate, under-the-stars atmosphere unlike any other.
Our 2026 Cabaret Series will continue that spirit, presenting a monthly series during the fair weather months!
