Education Manager

Mosaic Theatricals seeks a dynamic, mission-driven Education Manager to lead and strengthen our Creative Youth Development (CYD) and intergenerational programming portfolio.

This part-time leadership role oversees the planning, implementation, staffing, evaluation, and continued growth of youth and community-centered programs, including afterschool enrichment, camps, workshops, and intergenerational initiatives. The Education Manager will have the opportunity to maintain and expand upon, at minimum, our two flagship programs: Camp ¡Exprésate! and Uniendo. 

The Education Manager plays a vital role in ensuring programs are artistically strong, youth-centered, operationally effective, and aligned with Mosaic’s mission and values. This role is ideal for someone who believes theatre can be a powerful tool for confidence-building, belonging, empathy, storytelling, and community connection.

 Position Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $30/hour (Up to 20 hours per week)
Location: North County San Diego (primarily in-person programming)

Mosaic Theatricals is not currently casting for any of its upcoming shows.

Production Casting Policy

Mosaic Theatricals is a Professional Theatre Company and hires actors who are both members of Actors’ Equity Association and professional non-equity actors. Actors are hired on a show-by-show basis during the season and auditions for individual shows are open to submissions. Additional inquiries can be sent to auditions@theatricals.org​

Mosaic Theatricals does not accept hard copy submissions of headshots and resumes.
