A Note from the Artistic Director:

"In a world full of paradoxes, perhaps the greatest beauty of the human condition is our ability to hold seemingly opposing truths at the same time—to laugh while we grieve, to celebrate while we heal, and to find connection amid uncertainty. Mosaic Theatricals' 2026-2027 Mainstage Season embraces that beautiful complexity through three extraordinary stories: from an award-winning autobiographical play fresh from the Edinburgh Fringe, to a groundbreaking Broadway musical, to a beloved tale of friendship set to the timeless songs of a country music legend. Together, these productions remind us that life is rarely one thing at a time. Through humor and heartbreak, joy and loss, they celebrate what it means to be human together." - Dr. Tom Abruzzo

October 2nd - 18th, 2026

The World Premiere Production of an award-winning autobiographical play about love, loss, and luck.

Fresh from a celebrated run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (Best of Fringe 2025, The Times) and a Grand Prize win at the United Solo Festival, ODDS ARE makes its world premiere as a fully-staged production. Performed by playwright Smita Russell, with live cello accompaniment, this funny and fearless piece blends mythology and medicine, math and memory to explore the stories we tell ourselves to survive and the ways we search for meaning when dealt an impossible hand. Sharp, surprising, and profoundly moving, ODDS ARE reminds us that sometimes the moments that nearly break us become the experiences that save us.

FALSETTOS is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals.

  April 16th - May 2nd, 2027
A hilarious and heartbreaking musical about love, family, and growing up at any age. William Finn and James Lapine's Tony Award-winning Falsettos follows a wonderfully imperfect group of people as they navigate divorce, new relationships, parenthood, friendship, and the ever-evolving meaning of family. As old wounds give way to unexpected connections, these characters discover that love rarely arrives in the forms we expect. Brimming with humor, humanity, and one of Broadway's most celebrated scores, this groundbreaking musical explores how joy, loss, laughter and grief can coexist in the same moment—and how love endures through it all.

July 16th - August 1st, 2027

Inspired by a true friendship, Always... Patsy Cline weaves together the timeless songs of a country music legend with the story of the devoted fan whose life she touched. Featuring classics including "Crazy," "Walkin' After Midnight," and "I Fall to Pieces," this heartfelt musical celebrates the warmth, humor, and authenticity that made Patsy Cline one of America's most beloved voices. Through letters, memories, and music, the story honors the extraordinary bond between two women whose lives became forever intertwined. Always…Patsy Cline is a celebration of connection, memory, laughter, and the relationships that stay with us long after the music fades.
