CCAE Theatricals is proud to partner with CSU San Marcos through the Pathways to Purpose initiative, offering students hands-on internships in Artistic Production or Arts Education & Engagement.

Interns gain real-world experience, mentorship, and career-building skills while working alongside industry professionals. At the end of the term, select students may be invited to continue as apprentices, deepening their growth and preparing to become the next generation of equity-driven arts leaders.
